Tada! My first finished sewing project - a Kindle Pouch! It's not perfect, but I have to say for a complete newbie, I didn't do too shabby. But I think I mastered the seam ripper today. Ugh. I plan on making more of these for my Etsy shop. They're super easy to make and I think they leave a lot room for embellishments and variations. Fun!
Based on this pattern. I left out the pocket. Not ready to tackle that just yet.
